You may return your unused, unopened Zutter Products for a full refund (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase date. Please email binditall@aol.com (or call toll free 877.273.2818) for a return authorization number (and to state reasons for return). Items must be returned to Zutter Innovative Products at consumer's expense, in new, saleable condition. Original packing slip/receipt and order number is required. Credits will be issued on the credit card originally used to make the purchase.
Product Repair & Replacement If you have malfunctioning issues with any of the Zutter tools, please check the HELP section shown at the left. Most situations can be rectified with simple repair steps. If other issues persist or if replacement parts are needed, please email binditall@aol.com (or call toll free 877.273.2818) for assistance. Products are only replaced in situations where repair or replacement parts will not suffice, within the warranty periods. Replacement requires pre- authorization from Zutter, and return of the item to Zutter at consumer's expense.
Warranty Information The Bind-it-All and Bind-it-All V2.o has a limited lifetime warranty. Please consult the owner's manual for information and conditions. All Zutter tools have a one year limited warranty. Certain conditions apply.
